REGULAR SIZES ORDERS

- No refunds

- Credit vouchers can be made within 14 days following the date of reception of your order: the item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the tags and receipt.

- Items may be exchanged if the size is wrong or the item as an abnormal defect 14 days following the date of reception of your order: the item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the tags and receipt.

- We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem the item provided is not in a satisfactory condition..

- When an order is finalized, it is impossible to cancel it

- No price adjustements. Even if the item is in sale, it must be bought during the sale's date to be discounted.

PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE POLICY

This policy only applies within 14 days following the date of reception of your order

At Allcovered we know the importance of a perfect fit, which is why all our garments are hand-made under strict quality control. In rare occasions your product may not have the right fit but don't be afraid, we have everything covered.

ALTERATIONS

If you're in the province of Quebec, we'll do the alterations for free. If you're anywhere else, you pick the tailor and we pick up the costs

REMAKE

Your garment is unalterable?
No problem. We’ll remake it for you for free.

EXCHANGE

You really hate the garment on you? It's not the rIght cut for you? In some occasions, we understand that may happen. No problem, we can make an exchange for another product. But please understand that we do no refunds.

** In case of missing address information from the customer causing a parcel return to our offices, all fees for the return-to-sender and re-shipping will be the customer's responsability.
