For all orders, a confirmation email with the invoice number and the detail of the order will be sent.
If, for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified immediately. Made to measure orders are excluded from this policy. Made to measure orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks to prepare before being shipped. This policy is for Canadian orders only. For international orders, delay may be longer.
Before the final order, you will be allowed to visualize and review the details of your order, with the total price. This will enable you to make any final corrections before order confirmation.
We pay the greatest attention to the accuracy of the prices on our online store, but we reserve the right to not send items with clearly erroneous prices.

Credits/exchanges will be made when all items are received by Allcovered. Please note that shipping fees are non-creditable.
Items cannot be returned if worn (except try-ons), dirty (including make-up, perfume, deodorant and/or pet hair) or damaged. The items must be returned in sellable condition with all their original tags.
Items cannot be ordered in different sizes for try-on purposes. No returns will be permitted in this case.
Items discounted at more than 50% of the original price are FINAL SALE.
The transportation of the returned item will be at our expense (except if you made a mistake in the order.) In that case, we will contact you.
We take the time to carefully inspect all items sent to our customers. If the goods should be defective or damaged upon reception, please contact us immediately so as to receive return and exchange instructions. All requests for exchange of merchandise must be made within 14 days upon reception.
